Teak and Vanilla
A Powerful Agricultural Combination
Naturewalk offers maturing teak as well as newly re-forested teak with Vanilla intercropped on the teak lots.
This is a cropping combination of two superlative commodities being intercropped on one property. They combine to offer diversity in market, income stream and timing.

Naturewalk grows Coffee at the top elevations of Naturewalk in Estancia Montana.
Coffee plants produce a beautiful plantation backdrop to elegant plantation living.Naturewalk plans a coffee tour attraction at Naturewalk and the bagging and sale of its own private label brand of coffee.
Coffee is the world's second most valuable traded commodity, behind only petroleum.
There are approximately 25 million farmers and coffee workers in over 50 countries involved in producing coffee around the world.
The annual consumption of coffee has expanded to 12 billion pounds.
China's coffee consumption is expanding due to the influence of western culture and there is speculation in the market of higher demand due to this factor.

Tiquisque and taro
Naturewalk grows Tiquisque and its cousin, Taro on the slopes of Naturewalk 3. Tiquisque and Taro are tropical root vegetable crops compared to potato in the northern areas.
They are loaded with nutrition and vitamins and have a more complex taste than potato. Taro and Tiquisque have been cultivated for thousands of years in Polynesian and Asia.
Tiquisque and Taro have an international market as well as a regional and local market. It is a premium vegetable crop which matures in 4 to 8 months and can be grown repetitively.
Like the plantation environment of coffee, The large tropical leaf characterization of the plant make it a very attractive addition to plantation living in addition to its valuable commercialization.
