Naturewalk DNA
Welcome to our Naturewalk Family of enterprises and initiatives.
Naturewalk started as a simple teak and lot offering three years ago. In this short space of three years, Naturewalk has grown to become a large master planned mountain resort with offerings in agriculture, homes, and plantations and a variety of real estate development projects and operating enterprises.
Now Naturewalk Brands
To keep up with this grown and diversity of we have created Naturewalk Brands. Naturewalk Brands consolidates a growing list of naturewalk enterprises and our vision to follow a economically, socially and sustainable path in the creation of our Naturewalk business activities in Costa Rica.

Innovation
Naturewalk started differently and has remained different through the years from all the other resort offerings in Costa Rica.
We started with the simple idea of offering productive utilization of land as well as offering its usability for development. Rather that have land sit unproductive and unattractive, we offer an agriculturally sustainable investment utilizing an agricultural overlay in addition to resort home utilization.
The land is cared for by our farm management company and agricutural returns are returned to the land holder. When it is time to build we offer a number of different resort home options that fit well into the agricultural overlay already created.
Activities such as the Naturewalk Adventure Center and the Coffee and Pinapple Tour are planned to make a Naturewalk a vibrant and exciting place to live.
A town center is planned to provide a commercial and amenity infrastructure to the overall Resort. Over the next 10 years, we intend to make Naturewalk into the premier international mountain community without equal in Central America.
Fundamentals
Naturewalk itself is at the heart of Naturewalk Brands. Naturewalk, the mountain resort project, now encompasses 1200 acres of resort and agricultural land in the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.
